I don't mind the questions..you are discussing 2 different issues...VMI relates to the management of inventory by the vendor or even a third party but does not relate to the issue of legal rights related to the goods. Title to the goods and related matter are theoretically dealt with in the sales of goods contract.
Good luck

Warawut,
I'm not sure about the Hub part but VMI or vendor managed inventory is a system whereby the Vendor (or supplier) who sells goods to customer will come in and managed inventory levels for their customers. There will only be one odering position.
Hope this helps

Thank for information, if you do not mind , shall i ask you more? i have some doubt that if we are outsource and we have one customer and many vendor then we manage vendor's inventiry instead of customer that should be VMI or other programme and rights on shipment should be on behalf of vendor or customer ?
Thanks n regards,
