Thank you for your query, may I suggest you contact the local Thai restaurants in cardiff such as Thai House, Silom Palace or Thai Thai as these are the places where most Thai students come to work part-time while doing there studies in Cardiff. I am sure that you can go in and talk with them, they will surely guide you to the right persons....good luck
