On Wednesday, January 4, 2006 a group of Executive MBA Students from McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin, U.S.A. paid a visit to Thammasat Business School from 12.00-16.30 hrs. There were approx 20 persons in the group led by Dr. Larry Abeln Associate Dean and Director of Executive Education, McCombs School Business. The group were greeted and welcomed by Asst. Prof. Somchai Supphatada : Associate Dean for Finance and Planning.

After reception lunch the group had the chance to attend special sessions by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ruth Banomyong and Adjunct Prof. Bill Randall who spoke about “Welcome to Thailand” and “New Venture Startup in Thailand” respectively.

The visit this time was coordinated and facilitated by the MIM Program, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, and is the 14th visit since the first visit in Year 2000.
