After a soft launch of TUMIMA on December 21, 2005, the Association of MIM Alumni has had numbers of activities with present students such as the Orientation at Rayong Resort and the Welcoming Party at Grand Hyatt Erawan in March this year. All activities were well received by the students and yielded successful outcomes.

Building the bond and creating network among alumni and students are one of the MIM Program’s priorities, therefore another “semi-annual meeting” for MIM Alumni was held on October 4, 2006 at Montienthip Room, Montien Hotel on Surawongse Road. Approximate 60 alumni, as representatives from every batch of MIM, ranging from MIM-I, who graduated nearly 20 years ago, joined the meeting. The meeting this time also aimed at introducing MIM-18, the newly graduates of MIM, to the Association.

The meeting ended on a high note after the TUMIMA President Dr. Sukitti Urmahacharoen presented the Association’s past activities and laid the future plans for next year to the group.

The party departed at around 22.00 hrs amidst laughter and joy from all with the recognition that, from whichever MIM class they were, they are united under one strong name which is “MIM”!

Let’s meet again in six-months’ time!
