

Two MIM Winning Teams from International Business Plan Competitions received the cash prize from Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy

by MIM Program ![]() ![]() On July 19, 2006 Angel Co. and RubberWay the two MIM teams who won a number of International Business Plan Competitions earlier this year received the cash prize from Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchat : Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy. These two teams were the ones who brought victory and pride home to Thammasat from three major international competitions. Angel Co. competed on : ![]() ![]() • Global Moot Corp 2006 at the University of Texas at Austin, passed through to Semi-Final Rounds and received cash prize of Baht 80,000 and also received the Best Written Business Plan and Murphree Ventures Challenge awards. • New Venture Championship 2006 at the University of Oregon, passed through to Semi-Final Rounds and received cash prize of Baht 90,000 and also received the Lightning Round Challenge and Textronics Mini Trade Show Challenge awards. • Sasin Asia Moot Corp 2006 at Chulalongkorn University Bangkok, Thailand, won third place and received cash prize of Baht 76,640 with the Grant Thornton New Venture Challenge Showcase award. At the same time, RubberWay went to compete in Sasin Asia Moot Corp 2006 and was awarded the second place, received the cash prize of Baht 114,960 and also the Best Presentation award. ![]() Angel – An innovative media channel targeted to teenagers via mobile phones.
