It is always an exciting moment when it comes to the time for Team Building, the annual event for new students to get themselves prepared for the upcoming two years of study at MIM.

This year, the Team Building was held at Rayong Resort during March 16 -19. A total of 88 students from MIM20 left their work and other things behind, and, with enthusiasm and spirit, they all gathered and hoped that this activity would make a good start for one of their most exciting journeys.


Throughout the four days, students were separated into small teams and they had to help each other and get the team through different tasks. Each task had its own purpose for students to learn, and with guidance from the instructor and team assistants, the students had a great chance to see things from various perspectives.

It is not surprising to see GOOD efforts in activities elsewhere, but with MIM’s unique environment and MIM students’ unique characteristics and diversity, there is nothing else but the GREATEST efforts and determinations to be seen. The four days might go fast, but what they learned will definitely last. A new wheel of prosperity has already started spinning. Enjoy the ride!
