On 26 March 2006, Thammasat University MIM Alumni Association (TUMIMA) arranged the welcoming party for the MIM new comers who are now studying in MIM-XX group. Alumni from several batches turned up at the get-together which was presided by Prof. Dr. Tasman Smith the MIM executive chairman.

Guest speakers who gave informal talk to audiences on the topic “Marketing to the Top” that day were Khun Danai Chanchaochai (MIM-3) now CEO of MDK Consultant, Khun Tassapon Bijleveld (MIM-6) now CEO of Thai Air Asia, and Khun Una Tan (MIM-12) Now Marketing Manager of Nokia Thailand. The topic was much welcomed by all attended the event.

The party was also a platform for students and alumni to meet and share ideas as well as to create strong network among themselves.
